In accordance with the IMMAF Statutes and the governance standards expected of all member federations, the Mongolian Mixed Martial Arts Federation (MMMAF) hereby announces the date of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Venue: Central Sports Palace, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

The AGM will be held in line with the Statutory Agenda Format set forth in Article 22 of the IMMAF Statutes and will include, but not be limited to, the following items:

  1. Opening of the Meeting
  2. Roll Call
  3. Adoption of the Agenda
  4. President’s Address
  5. Appointment of Scrutineers
  6. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting
  7. Activity Report
  8. Financial Statements, Balance Sheet and Accounts
  9. Financial Audit Committee Report and Freedom of Liability
  10. Approval of Auditors

Additional items may be added in accordance with the IMMAF Statutes, including but not limited to membership matters, statute amendments, budget approvals, and elections where applicable.

This announcement is made in fulfillment of the requirements outlined by IMMAF to ensure transparency, democratic accountability, and statutory compliance.
