The Mixed Martial Arts finals of the “Bahrain 2025” 3rd Asian Youth Games have concluded. In the Girls’ Traditional category, -60 kg division final, B. Ulziitnaran of Mongolia faced Iran’s Tiam Dehpahlevan and, after a close bout, lost by the judges’ decision, earning the silver medal.

She advanced to the finals after defeating Abdikerimova of Kyrgyzstan in the quarterfinals and Telmankyzy Khadizha of Kazakhstan in the semifinals.

The final match of B. Ulziitnaran was attended by E. Badar-Uugan, Secretary General of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee, who personally congratulated the mixed martial arts athletes after the award ceremony.

Ulziitnaran Bat-Erdene, an athlete from the “Genco” club, also won a bronze medal at the Asian Youth MMA Championship held in Bahrain in August 2025, and a silver medal at the National Junior Championships held in Ulaanbaatar in May 2025.

Congratulations to our young athlete who raised Mongolia’s State Flag with the Golden Soyombo high in the skies of Bahrain! We wish her continued success in future competitions.
