3 Mixed Martial Arts athletes who successfully met the criteria for the prestigious sports titles “Sports Master” and “Master of Sports of International Class”Adiya Altangerel, Erkhembayar Rentsensenge, and Taivan-Yertunts Narantuya — were formally presented with their certificates and badges by Mr. Dashdavaa Gantumur, General Secretary of the Mongolian Mixed Martial Arts Federation.

Adiya Altangerel, athlete of the Altan Shonkhor Club, Military Unit No.0303, and native of Khyargas soum, Uvs Province, claimed the championship title at the 2024 National Senior Mixed Martial Arts Championships, where he was also named Best Male Fighter of the Tournament. He reaffirmed his dominance by securing another championship victory in the 65.8 kg division in 2025. Adiya is also a decorated competitor, having earned bronze medals at both the Asian and World Combat Sambo Championships, as well as a silver medal at the international “Glory of the Cadet” tournament.

Erkhembayar Rentsensenge, representing the Mongolia Ultimax Federation under the Umnugovi Police Department, has achieved significant success on the world stage. His accomplishments include a bronze medal at the World Senior Mixed Martial Arts Championships in Russia, gold and silver medals at the FCF World MMA Championships, and gold, silver and bronze medals at the Kempo World Championships, in addition to earning a bronze medal at an international Jiu-Jitsu competition.

Taivan-Yertunts Narantuya, athlete and coach of the Ultimax Federation, is recognized as one of Mongolia’s most accomplished combat sports figures. He has won silver and bronze at the FCF World MMA Championships in Russia, gold and silver at international MMA tournaments in the United States, India and Georgia, and gold, silver and bronze at the Kempo World Championships. He has also represented Mongolia with distinction in Kickboxing, Karate and Jiu-Jitsu, earning multiple medals from international events.

The Mongolian Mixed Martial Arts Federation warmly congratulates these athletes on achieving these distinguished sports titles, and extends its best wishes for continued growth, success and international victory throughout their careers.
