The Mongolian Mixed Martial Arts Federation is delighted to announce that Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) has officially been included in the program of the 3rd Asian Youth Games, scheduled to take place from October 21 to October 30, 2025, in Manama, Bahrain. This historic milestone marks another significant step forward for the global development of MMA, particularly among the youth.

The inclusion of MMA in the Asian Youth Games program reflects the sport’s growing recognition as a dynamic, disciplined, and widely practiced combat sport. With its emphasis on skill, strategy, and sportsmanship, MMA continues to captivate athletes and fans worldwide. The 3rd Asian Youth Games will serve as an excellent platform for showcasing the talent and dedication of young MMA athletes from across the continent.

The Asian Youth Games were first held in 2009 in Singapore, followed by the second edition in Nanjing, China, in 2013. The Games provide a stage for young athletes to compete in a diverse range of sports, including athletics, swimming, basketball, badminton, gymnastics, and now MMA, among others. This variety highlights the Games’ commitment to fostering athletic development and cultural exchange among Asia’s youth.

For Mongolia, this is a remarkable opportunity to further nurture the next generation of MMA talent. The Mongolian Mixed Martial Arts Federation is excited to prepare and support our young athletes as they aim to represent our nation proudly at this significant event.
